The Triskele Consulting Group
is passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable populations. This passion drives our commitment to helping organizations understand their impact and inform program improvements, and to providing staff with the knowledge, skills, and support necessary to bring excellence to their work, prevent burnout, and increase their confidence and competency.

Maureen A. Hayes, Ph.D.

Dr. Maureen Hayes has dedicated her career to promoting the well-being of vulnerable populations. Her areas of specialization include multi-method research, program evaluation, and staff training. She has expertise in children and families, homelessness, trauma, and serious mental illness, and is a certified Critical Time Intervention trainer. 

Prior to founding the Triskele Consulting Group, Dr. Hayes was the Senior Researcher at the National Center on Family Homelessness where she was the Project Director of the SHIFT (Services and Housing Interventions for Families in Transition) Study, and conducted several program evaluations that focused on services related to homelessness and trauma-informed care. She has also contributed to research studies of Critical Time Intervention, chronic homelessness and housing, juvenile justice mental health, and personality disorders. Additionally, she was a mental health therapist at a homeless shelter serving families and single adults, and has conducted mental health evaluations and site trainings for CNS clinical trials.
